Send a message to the person who requested a photo of the grave monument of Pheobe Annie Pearson with the following comment:

This is the grave of my gt gt Aunt Pheobe, I remember meeting her when I was a little girl, her parents ran the Towns(h)end Arms pub in Stiffkey. I have a photo of Pheobe TAKEN IN 1901 when she was a bridesmaid at her sister Gertrude Elizabeth Pearson (my gt Grandmother's) wedding. The family are standing in front of the Townshend arms. Interestingly the pub sign in early photos very clearly reads TOWNSEND without the H, although on later pics the sign on the front of the pub says TOWNSHEND. It would be nice to see her headstone.
